The design of the rooms and communal areas at this hotel are stunning. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. 

Our room was really beautiful and was the highlight of our stay.

Great privacy, incredible service and facilities. We especially liked the private breakfast in our villa and private aromatherapy steam room. We would highly reccommend this for any couples planning to stay in Seminyak. 

Peaceful and serene, amazing staff, complimentary mocktail and massage, spacious spa villa, free drinks and water, evening mosquito routine, close to main street, free shuttle service, delicious breakfast options. 

nothing major but the little touches were not there. a cool beer would be nice upon checking in.... a TV in front of the bed instead of the side of the bed where you would have to be a contortionist to actually watch any telly. a shower in the room instead of having to actually go outside of the bedroom would be nice too. Or at least a bidet Overall, a pleasant enough experience but not luxurious by any means.

relaxing and quite not the sort of place if like action, and no children under 12 allowed . staff are fantastic they cannot do enough for you, especially lisa the resort manger. location is also good taxis to go anywhere are very 

The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. They even organized a shuttle service to all the best party spots in Seminyak, so we didn't have to worry about 

The staffs are very friendly and professional. The location is strategic, just across Bali Deli. The steam room is excellent.

The mosquitoes are unbearable, nothing can kill them cause they will re-born again in the morning. The ants are everywhere. The water in the jacuzzi is not clean.

The Staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful. The service is excellent! Both the food and the spa are fantastic and absolutely worth the price.

The villas were abit too dim, especially the steam shower has no lights so it was quite dark to bathe in the night. Also, there were quite alot of mosquitos in the room despite the mosquito coils/sprays.

The value for money was excellent and the room was beautiful, especially with the private pool. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the main shopping area, and the staff were friendly and 

excellent service and extremely attentive staff. The spa villa was an excellent place to stay and enjoy our holiday. The staff will sort out everything you would want to do in bali.

The two and three en-suite bedroom Residences at The Amala Boutique Retreat are seriously awesome! The open living and dining areas are so spacious and make you feel like you have all the room in the world. And

The hotel's elegant decoration and serene atmosphere truly impressed a senior like me. The general areas, including beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool, were accessible and perfect for relaxing.

I would have appreciated clearer instructions for the elderly to ensure a better vacation experience.
